About this course
Noel Bagwell is the National Center for Preventive Law’s Leader for its Start-ups and Small Businesses Aspect of Practice. This Continuing Legal Education course is especially oriented toward Attorneys seeking to advise such clients about their legal needs.
Questions answered include:
- What do Start-ups need to know that they don’t even know to ask about?
- How do I advise a client about where to incorporate their corporation or organize their LLC?
- When should I advise a client to use a partnership or sole proprietorship organizational structure?
- How can I help sole proprietorships and partnerships protect their business and personal assets?
