This purchase is governed by this Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”), which is hereby made and entered into as of the date of purchase by and between ExecutiveLP®, the Purchaser, and each Attendee (the “Parties”). By purchasing a ticket for, or by attending, the Blue Clover Legal Education & Training Workshop on May 4 & 5, 2018, the Purchaser and each Attendee thereby agrees to each, every, and all of the terms and conditions contained in the Blue Clover Event Privacy Policy and the Blue Clover Event Media Release. The Blue Clover Event Privacy Policy and the Blue Clover Event Media Release are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully set forth herein. Each purchase made hereunder is and shall be non-refundable. In any action related to this Agreement, if litigation is initiated in connection herewith, the prevailing party shall be entitled to their attorney’s fees, and the non-prevailing party agrees to pay any and all such attorney’s fees, court costs, taxes, and other expenses reasonably related to the litigation. The Parties hereby agree that any and all litigation instituted in connection with this Agreement must be initiated in the courts of the State of Tennessee, and may only be brought in the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. The Parties agree that this Agreement is and shall be exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee.
